You may submit your child's attendance records via mail or email. If you will be mailing your attendance records, please be sure to keep a copy for your records. If you will be emailing your attendance records, please be sure your records are clearly readable. If you are able to scan your documents at an 8 1/2" x 11" page size and at a high resolution or your records are in a PDF, ODT, or DOC (not DOCX) format, you may send your child's attendance records to us via email. You may reply to one of our "reminder" emails or

Renewing Enrollment
If you would like to renew your child's enrollment contemporaneously with attendance reporting, please include a completed Enrollment Renewal Form together with your child's attendance records.
