The Edison & Ford Winter Estates offers a unique opportunity for home school families to learn together about the life and work of Thomas Edison and how our lives are impacted today by his genius. Edison’s work spanned many different fields ranging from electricity to plant science. Taking an interdisciplinary approach to science, invention and history, the Edison Ford Home School program will explore many of these topics. Each session examines a particular aspect of scientific achievement using engineering challenges, invention or local history. Grades K-6.
