Below is an alphabetical list of homeschool support groups throughout Florida.  If you would like to narrow your search to groups in your area, please enter your county in the search box. 4 Townes Home Schoolers is a homeschool support network for families in the Volusia County, Florida area. This is a Christian group, however all are welcome. There are park days and field trips. (Volusia)

Alliance of Bay County Homeschoolers is an internet-based group created to forge an atmosphere of camaraderie among local homeschoolers.  ABCH requires respect for other people's chosen paths and does not endorse any particular religious, political or educational philosophy. (Bay)

Amy's Christian Home School Network is a Christian based home school support group that serves the Orlando and Kissimmee areas.  They provide an opportunity for our children to meet and get connected! Membership is completely FREE! (Orange, Osceola)

The Arlington Explorers is an eclectic homeschool support group serving Arlington and surrounding areas. They meet for weekly park dates, monthly field trips, small interest-based groups, and service projects. Although the majority of the families in AE are Christian, they do not require a signed statement of faith to join and all denominations are welcome. Families taking education into their own hands for the benefit of their children is the cause connecting all members of Boca Home Schoolers, Inc. Any who shares this vision is welcome. All members of BHS, Inc. are asked to sign a statement by which they agree to preserve the group's Christian leadership structure, focus and activities, and to not attempt to change them. Brevard Alternative Homeschool is a support group for Brevard County, Florida Homeschoolers practicing or exploring alternative philosophies such as agnosticism, atheism, humanism, Paganism, Native American spiritualism or Wicca. All others friendly to freethought or alternative philosophies are welcome. The group offers friendship, support, help with secular or alternative curricula, and a forum for discussing issues we may have as non-traditional homeschoolers. (Brevard)

The Broward Christian Homeschoolers (BCH) is a Christ-centered, Broward county based homeschool parent support group located in South Florida. They offer support, encouragement and resources to homeschooling parents, homeschool families and those interested in home education in Florida. (Broward)

Broward Teens and Tweens is an inclusive group designed to meet the needs of Tween (age 10-12) and Teen (13+) homeschool children. Younger siblings are always welcome, but all outings are selected with the needs and abilities of the older kids in mind. They have monthly outings for the kids and other events, and they ask that everyone take a turn in scheduling events for the group. (Broward)

Central Florida's original "teen only" homeschool group! Central Florida Pre Teen/Teen Homeschoolers is for families homeschooling students age 11 to 18 and living in Central Florida. If you have younger children as well, you may join however, only children that are 11 & up can participate. All activities, field trips, etc. will be geared toward the middle to high school level/age group. (Seminole, Orange, Polk, Lake)

Charlotte Harbor Organization of Independent Child Educators (CHOICE) is a nonreligious homeschool support group that respects the diversity of its members and welcomes all who choose to homeschool.  They serve Charlotte, DeSoto, Sarasota, and surrounding counties in Florida. Alachua Regional Catholic Home Schoolers (ARCHS) is a Catholic Homeschool & Mom's Group that meets First Friday mornings at St. Madeleine Catholic Church in High Springs, FL for Mass & Children's Adoration. They meet on 3rd Fridays for Mass at Holy Faith Catholic Church in Gainesville followed by picnic and play at Possum Creek park. They also get together for other activities and field trips. The group serves Alachua and surrounding counties, including but not limited to Columbia, Gilchrist, Levy and Union. There are no membership fees, but donations are appreciated to cover the cost of art supplies.(Alachua, Columbia, Gilchrist, Levy, Union)

Alachua Regional Catholic Home Schoolers

Alternative Homeschool Educators of South Florida is an all inclusive homeschool group serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. This group believes in respect for all people regardless of homeschooling styles, race, age or religion.  It offers an online discussion list that includes discussion on all styles of teaching (life learning, unschooling, school at home, eclectic...) useful links, homeschool support from experienced parents, park days, field trips, educational co-ops and much more. APPLE is an Adventist homeschool support group for families in the Central Florida area. They offer homeschool activities, field trips, workshops, etc.  Ideas, encouragement, and support are also passed along among members. APPLE Homeschool Group is a volunteer organization. Anyone is welcome and encouraged to plan field trips or other activities. (Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola)

Bay Area Christian Homeschoolers (BACH) is a not for profit, volunteer, non-denominational Christian support group for homeschooling families mainly in Hillsborough and Pasco counties. They are Christian-based but not Christian-exclusive. Their purpose is to encourage families in their homeschooling efforts by providing fellowship, information, socialization and support.  They created this group to provide a place for members to participate in monthly park days, field trips, art & crafts, Book-It, projects, holiday parties, and playground time. Brandon Homeschool Cooperative (BHC) is a fully inclusive group of families that shares resources, ideas, and support for all methods of homeschooling.  There are regular activities for children in a wide variety of ages, including park days, field trips, and subject sessions.  Parents also enjoy the monthly Parent's Night Out, as well as sessions that provide information and support for homeschooling. Brevard Homeschool, an active group of homeschooling parents in Brevard County, Florida, offers friendship; support and encouragement; field trips; and book club ordering. They welcome ALL homeschoolers in Brevard County, regardless of religious or other affiliation. Membership is FREE.  You do not have to be a member of any group to enjoy their web site, so take some time to explore! (Brevard)

Catholic Homeschoolers Around Tampa Bay is designed to provide Catholic Homeschoolers in the Tampa Bay Area with the opportunity to participate together in group activities, exciting fieldtrips, educational experiences, developmental opportunities and service projects throughout the area. They are happy to welcome non-Catholics, but we do ask that all members respect the Catholic nature of this list.  Catholic Homeschoolers Around TampaBay is an FPEA recognized homeschool support group. Charlotte County Homeschoolers is an eclectic group of homeschoolers, supporting all homeschoolers in and around Charlotte County. Their mission is to grow individually and collectively, while supporting the individual and educational choices each family has made.They offer field trips, park days, co-ops and many other activities in the southwest Florida area. There is no fee to join and only a modest fee for Kingdom Kids Co-Op. (Charlotte)

Chipola Home Educators is a group of homeschooling families enjoying a lifestyle of curiosity and learning. CHE members are not organized around a particular curriculum or teaching style, because we recognize that each family knows what works best for them.
