Below is an alphabetical list of homeschool support groups throughout Florida.  If you would like to narrow your search to groups in your area, please enter your county in the search box. North Florida Homeschool

North Florida Homeschool is a new group of homeschooling parents in North Central, Florida. This group offers friendship; support and encouragement; and buying and selling of curricula. They welcome ALL homeschoolers regardless of other affiliation. Membership is free. North Pinellas Homeschool Support

The North Pinellas Homeschool Support (Facebook) group is dedicated to supporting families exceed the behind-the-scene responsibilities of homeschooling. Activities will include regular meetings that focus on parental support and guidance, curriculum planning, adult social nights, date night/childcare swapping, home management help, community learning opportunities, and whatever else helps meet the needs of the members. Ocala Homeschooling

Ocala Homeschooling is for all homeschooling families (K-12) who live in Ocala, Florida and the surrounding areas. They welcome all homeschoolers, regardless of homeschooling method or religion (or lack of one) and they strive to be an inclusive group. (Marion)

Orlando Area Unschoolers

Are you unschooling in the Orlando area?? If so, then Orlando Area Unschoolers is the group for you!  This group offers an online support and REAL LIFE events so our children will have the opportunity to make friends within the group. (Orange)

Orlando Home Educators

A Homeschool group in Central Florida, Orlando Home Educators meets & plans group activities in the Greater Orlando area. Although older siblings are always welcome, most of the children are elementary age & younger, and thus so is the focus of their activities. (Orange)

Orlando Liberal Homeschoolers

Orlando Liberal Homeschoolers is a secular homeschool support group for families with liberal political values. They believe in equality for all, regardless of race, gender, religion or sexual orientation. If you have had difficulty finding a homeschool support group that would accept you the way you are because you can't honestly comply with their "statement of faith" requirements, they can offer your children the opportunities to fulfill their social needs in a diverse group that accepts them as they are.   They  provide group educational opportunties, park playdates,  field trips and friendship. PACE Flagler

PACE Flagler is a non-legalistic Christian support group serving Flagler county. They also have a volusia county branch - PACE Home. They offer field trips, FPEA membership, holiday events, co-ops, and more. They are looking for families whose desire it is to nuture their children from the heart. (Flagler)


PACE is friendly, caring christian home school support group in the central Florida area.  There is no fee to join, and you can be a member of other groups, also. You will find this group on Yahoo! Groups. (Volusia, Lake, Flagler, Seminole, Orange)

Palm Beach Homeschool Moms

Palm Beach Homeschool Moms is an active, inclusive and social support group for homeschooling mothers of school-age children. All members are encouraged to plan and participate in many fun and enriching activities including playdates, field trips, study sessions and more. Form friendships and share your homeschool experience. Share advice, support and information about homeschooling in and around Palm Beach County, Florida. New members are always welcome to join. Parents Educating Children

Parents Educating Children (PEC) is a group of parents and friends who started meeting in 1982. They began with just 3 families; their membership is now over 350 families. PEC has become more organized over the years, but their goal remains the same—to encourage each other as we home educate our children. The organization of the group has been kept simple. An administrative board is appointed and shares organizational duties with the support group leaders. Many members are involved in the various activities; threy hope you'll volunteer some of your time to PEC. (Palm Beach)
