You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Advertising Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use with respect to the content you provide to and on iamhomeschooling.com. We reserve the right to modify this Advertising Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Advertising Agreement on our website. If you have paid advertisements under contract, the Advertising Agreement in effect at the time will remain in effect for those advertisements until they expire or are canceled. You agree to review this Advertising Agreement prior to advertising on this website, as well as periodically, and your continued use of our advertising services shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Advertising Agreement.

Advertisement Criteria

Your advertisement must:

• Be of specific interest to homeschoolers and support home education;
• Be suitable for all audiences; and
• Be for an event, product, resource, or service that is offered to homeschoolers in the United States.

Your advertisement must not:

• Discriminate on personal attributes such as age, gender, gender identity or expression, sex, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, national origin, family status, marital status, disability, or medical or genetic condition;
• Be for an event, product, resource, or service that is under development or construction; or
• Be deceptive or link to a URL that is deceptive.

Right to Refuse

All advertisements are subject to approval by iamhomeschooling.com. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any ad at any time for any reason or no reason without further commitment or obligation.

Ad Dimensions and Placement

The design of iamhomeschooling.com is both fluid and responsive. We cannot guarantee the exact size or position of an advertisement as these may vary depending on the specifications of the device being used to view this website. Those wishing to place banner advertisements will be given the opportunity to request a general position for their ad. Ads are published in the order in which they are received. If ad space is not available, you will have the option of having your ad placed on our waiting list.

Accessibility and Correctness

If you provide a URL and your link becomes inaccessible, we may, at our discretion, either disable the link or remove your ad until a valid URL is provided. This will not extend the duration of your ad. URL changes must be approved by iamhomeschooling.com.

You are responsible for the correctness of your advertisement. If your information has changed, it is your responsibility to notify us. You must notify us of changes in writing by mail or email. All changes are subject to approval by iamhomeschooling.com and will not extend the duration of your ad.

Rates and Refunds

Advertising rates are subject to change without notice, but rates will remain locked for the duration contracted. Advertising rates include unlimited clicks, impressions, and page views.

Advertising payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once the ad has been published.

Cancellations

Advertisers may cancel their ad at any time. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Advertisements will be removed within three business days. No refunds will be given.
